I’m a Celebrity Yoga Expert, Certified Personal Trainer, and a mother of three boys. I’ve been teaching yoga and Pilates and personal training since the late 90s. I LOVE to exercise and eat healthy food. I developed the Get Your Body Back 21 Day Plan to help women obtain a healthy body after baby. It’s not a certain weight, size, or look but rather a state of mind leaving you feeling confident and good about yourself.
